Squid's Habitat

July 20, 2026
A squid river monster sprayed red ink into the water. Tentacles were displayed in a fisherman's net. A giant sea creature changing colors, to blend in with the ocean.

I really liked the line "sprayed red ink into the water" because that set the tone for the rest of this piece. I absolutely appreciate the splash of color (not trying to make a pun here) that paints the rest of the work for me. I hope to see more!
