Time Disease
September 29, 2026
The problem is
Clock ticks. That’s it.
The ticks bite—making
Marking wasting passing.
The days they hide, under
A temporal skin. It begins
As rash then fervor then fever.
Time disease. Workdays
Become sick days.
The fatigue of it.
The sick of it. There is
No immunity. It is
The nature of ticks, so dear—
The rapture of tocks.
