Walking My Dog In Autumn

While walking my dog
on a crisp morning,
we didn’t go far
without our sweaters.
A park bench was a welcome respite,
as beautiful leaves fell around us.
This season was made for hot chocolate,
as we enjoyed the beauty of the outdoors.
