Waterloo

Lights, smoke, hair spills thick across her eyes Silky golden ripples upon the night sea ride The oldest punk rock etiquette etched across my arm A smoldering cigarette that enchants effective charms Dance, dance, dance to stunt regret A cemetery of moments holds vigil for the Next Live, live, live bloated on "what if" Forgive, pensive, with loaded sentiment Upon this night road drifting a tender eye prevails Yet sees not where Love will enter, but knows She will not fail What time, what space, what gentle touch of hers Yields forth the abstract answer to sharpen wistful blurs?

I really like these two lines:
- Dance, dance, dance to stunt regret
- A cemetery of moments holds vigil for the Next
Very interesting two lines: Cannot out run regret.
